You did the hard part: building a business.
Don't let a confusing contract stop it.
Commercial requirements arrive fast and full of jargon: General Liability, Workers' Comp, COI, the truck policy. We decode the paperwork, quote it, and tell you what your contract truly demands — and what you don't need to pay for.

What we place every week
General Liability
The base almost every contract demands: injuries and damage your work causes to third parties.
Workers' Compensation
Rules in Florida depend on industry and headcount — construction plays by stricter ones. We tell you where your business falls.
Commercial vehicles
Work trucks, vans, box trucks, small fleets. Business use declared, limits that match your contracts.
Certificates (COI)
The paper your client is waiting for. We read the requirement, place the coverage, and issue it — usually same day once the policy is bound.
The move that saves you money: send the requirement, not a guess.
Most business owners buy insurance twice: once fast to win the job, then again right when they discover the first policy doesn't meet the contract. The fix is simple — forward us the requirement exactly as your client sent it, before you buy anything.
We read it line by line and answer three things: what it truly demands, what that costs, and what it does not require — so you don't pay for coverage nobody asked for.
Real reviews — mostly in Spanish. That tells you something.

Business insurance questions, answered straight
My contract asks for a certificate of insurance (COI). How fast can I get one?
Send us the requirement exactly as it arrived — the contract, the client's email, the letter. We read what it actually demands, quote the policy that meets it, and once the carrier issues the policy we pull your certificate, usually the same day.
What insurance does my business actually need?
It depends on what you do, what you signed, and what you own. General Liability is the base most contracts demand; Workers' Comp rules depend on your industry and headcount; a work truck needs a commercial auto policy with the business use declared. We start from your contract and your operation, not from a package with our logo on it.
Can I use my personal auto policy for my work truck?
If the vehicle earns money and the policy doesn't say so, the insurer can deny the claim on the day you need it most. A vehicle that works needs a commercial policy — and the right limits, because a general contractor or broker can require $1 million before letting you on the job.
An insurance company turned my business down. Now what?
It happens more than people admit, and it's usually about that carrier's appetite, not about you. We work with markets that specialize in the risks others decline. Bring us the rejection and we'll tell you honestly what's placeable and at what price.
Forward the requirement. We'll handle the jargon.
The contract, the email, the letter — exactly as it arrived, in whatever language it arrived. We'll come back with what it demands, what it costs, and what you can skip.
