What this site does not do

• We never ask for your name or your email address.
• Nothing is required of you to read this site or to use the questionnaire.
• No cookies of our own, and no cookie banners to click away.
• No selling or renting information to third parties. Ever.
• No ads and no social media trackers.

If you leave us your details

The questionnaire ends with two doors: continue on WhatsApp — where you do the writing, and nothing reaches us until you hit send — or ask us to reach out to you. That second door is the only place on this entire site where we ask for anything, and nothing happens unless you choose it and press the button.

If you do, what reaches us is your name, your email and your phone number, along with the answers you picked — what you want reviewed and what's worrying you. Nothing else: not where you came from, not what else you looked at.

• There is no database. It arrives as an email to the agency and lives in our inbox, exactly as if you had written to us. It is not stored in any file or customer system.
• It is used for one thing: texting or calling you about what you asked. You are not added to any list, you get no marketing, and it is not shared with any insurance company unless you ask us to.
• The email is delivered by Resend, the service we use to send it. That is the only third party that touches it, and only to deliver it.
• You can ask us to stop at any time, and we stop. Tell us on WhatsApp or by email.

What we do measure

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless metrics tool. It records aggregated, anonymous data: which pages get visited, from which country, on what kind of device, and which WhatsApp buttons get clicked. We don't know who you are — we know someone visited a page, not which person.

We use it for one thing: understanding which content helps, and improving the site.

When you text us on WhatsApp

The conversation happens on WhatsApp and is governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy (Meta). Whatever you share with us — your policy, your address, who drives in your home — we use only to quote and manage your insurance with the carriers, which is exactly what you sent it for. Same treatment as in the office, in writing.

Your data, your rules

To know what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, write to lucy@efitinsurance.com and we'll take care of it. Keep in mind that issued policies create records that carriers and Florida law require us to keep.
