Lucy leads strategy and operations, and holds Florida 2-20 and 2-14 licenses. Her standard for every recommendation hasn't changed since day one: the client understands what they're buying, and the service doesn't end when the policy is issued.

Fernando works mostly with business owners, contractors and commercial vehicles. His way of explaining a policy — short, concrete, zero jargon — is the house style.

Why the name is in Spanish

FIT stands for Fácil, Inteligente y Traducido — easy, smart, translated. We founded the agency in 2019 for families who live between two languages, where one generation prefers Spanish, the next thinks in English, and the insurance fine print serves neither.

So the promise works in both directions: everything explained until it's actually understood — in English, in Spanish, or across the dinner table between the two.
